Knowledgable, Patient, Affable
Jason was recommended by our retired attorney as my husband and I were considering forming a trust rather than just having a will. We couldn't have been more pleased. At our initial meeting, Jason inquired about basic information of what we wanted to do and our general circumstances. He clearly explained what each type of document entailed. As I have little background in law and finances, I asked some questions, some of which he had already covered. He patiently answered them as he obviously realized it was a lot of information to digest. There was no pressure to make a decision at that meeting. To my surprise, there was no fee for the initial consultation. We decided that day to have a trust formed and Jason soon sent a draft for review. He promptly answered complicated questions via phone and simple ones electronically. Even though I continued to ask some questions he had already explained, his priority was to make sure we thoroughly understood what was in the documents. Jason was thorough with our estate planning as he provided updated powers of financial and health documents as they were much more specific than what we had. Being professional yet pleasant and at ease with talking with us led us to conclude that we would definitely have Jason help us with any estate issues that may arise in the future.
